Advised and managed startup / expansion of 3 mobile networks in West Africa (on behalf of Lintel) Advised technical managers in PURA (Gambia’s TRA) on spectrum management, spectrum re-farming and frequency allocation Performed many network feasibility studies (covering comprehensive technical analysis & network fundamental plans) for several telecom infrastructure projects in Africa - Ghana, Chad, Ivory Coast, Equatorial Guinea, Somalia, Liberia

Led all transmission and radio networks nationwide in Syria for Syriatel (as Deputy CTO; led initial network development).
