Achievements and Responsibilities: • Prepare the project cost baseline aligned with the WBS according to the BOQ prices. • Control and monitor project expenditure, including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all project expenditures are captured and adequately monitored. • Attend the preparation of the chart of accounts for 12 DUG stations of the Riyadh Metro Project, and work closely with the planning and site team to ensure its covering the whole scope of work. • Publish the project financial status report (PFSR) that shows budget, actual cost, anticipated final cost, and earned value for each work package, and analyze the details of cost during progress and after work packages/activities completion, which allows recommendation of corrective actions to the management. • Conduct earned value analysis that allows measuring the cost performance for each activity. • Create detailed manpower and equipment monthly reports that show the detailed monthly planned counts and cost estimates and compare them to the actual on-site. • Create and publish weekly progress performance reports analyzing planned, actual, and forecasted quantities, man-hours, and percentages and prepare related curves and charts. • Use Power BI to publish progress dashboards for Elevated station and Park&Rides delivery areas showing progress information for all work packages and activities, keeping the project team aware of the plan and progress status, and helping management take necessary corrective actions. • Created a reporting system for major civil works subcontractor, which solved significant issues in the invoicing procedure and allowed the contract's anticipated final cost estimation. • Created a reporting tool that allowed to correct equipment’s cost allocation between 4 different sites. • Had an essential role in relocating RMP elevated stations budget to new cost codes following a change in the project delivery strategy.

The regional office of the Arabian international company in amman has worked on the structural steel design for many mega projects including King Khalid International Airport Terminal 5 building, King Saud University Arena stadium, AIC New Fabrication Shop. The Scope encompasses the Design and other engineering works, besides planning the delivery schedule and coordinate it with the fabrication shop and other stakeholders.

The Allouzi contracting has executed the civil, architectural, and MEP works for the American Excellence School project Phase 1,2&3, as well as the execution of the whole construction scope of a mega residential project in Amman.
