As Co-Founder and Director, Tasked with providing strong leadership by working with the board to establish short and long-term goals, plans and strategies and also responsible for presiding over the entire workforce and will manage budgets and make sure resources are allocated properly. Acts as the face of the company when dealing with state and local governments and the local community.

As Executive Director I was responsible for overseeing the administration, programs and strategic plan of the organization. Other key duties include fundraising and community outreach. Specific Responsibilities was to; - Assure that the organization has a long-range strategy which achieves its mission, and toward which it makes consistent and timely progress. - Provide leadership in developing program, organizational and financial plans with the Board of Directors and staff, and carry out plans and policies authorized by the board. - Promote active and broad participation by volunteers in all areas of the organization's work. - Maintain a working knowledge of significant developments and trends in the field.
