Spearheading the establishment of a talent ecosystem involves integrating Talent Development initiatives for Image Nation's Arab Film Studio and twofour54 Creative Lab. Focused on developing and implementing programs designed to nurture emerging talent.

Oversaw Marketing and Operations, focusing on rebuilding the team and creating a go-to-market strategy for project. Led a restructure to leverage a change-oriented skills and introducing a Media Operations Management system for efficient end-to-end operations, including an in-house content library. I also managed the Public Diplomacy unit, positioning content, facilitating initiatives, and cultivating stakeholder relationships.

As part of a start-up TV channel team, developed channel propositions and partnerships with Discovery International and Image Nation Abu Dhabi. A year after launch, I was promoted to General Manager, leading an organizational transformation to enhance team and commercial strategies in a competitive market.

Led the growth of Creative Lab media fund and community by providing essential support for projects, including music, apps, books, and films featured at international film festivals. Secured external investments, negotiated partnerships, and advised creatives on distribution strategies while building strong relationships with filmmakers and producers.

Focused on attracting marketing and communications businesses into the media Zone. Securing agreements with major agencies in diverse global markets, particularly international and onshore companies. Additionally, generated analytical insights for evaluating potential partners, building relationships, reviewing business plans, identifying needs, and making strategic recommendations to senior management.

During the start-up phase, I was responsible for building a best-practice talent acquisition and development function from the ground up. Established robust HR processes and systems, designing and executing an effective recruitment strategy that aligned with company objectives and policies.
