- In charged of supervising the implementation of initiatives and agreements connected to the Government Expenditure and Projects Efficiency Authority at Saudi Electronic University (SEU), monitored the advancement of projects on the Mashroat platform and made updates whenever required. - Tasked with evaluating external proposals for new branch openings at Saudi Electronic University (SEU). - Collaborated with the University Vice Presidency for Branch Affairs on a statistical study titled "Assessing Housing Needs of University Employees". - Participated in the development of architectural engineering unit plans. - Managed and monitored the implementation of designs and engineering plans in accordance with standards, swiftly resolving any issues with contractors and consultants. - Monitored the execution of Saudi Electronic University (SEU) projects to ensure compliance with specifications, standards, and deliverables, and provided approval for reports prepared by contractors and consultants at each project stage. - Proposed enhancement procedures for the projects department and submitted an annual report detailing Architecture engineering unit activities.
