• Lead my scientific team to improve and enhance the fertilizer efficiency and produce a new fertilizer. • Contribute to the development of the Fertilizer strategy and specific application marketing plans • Steer day-to-day application development in dedicated application centers and support product managers in translating market needs in R&T application programs. • Lead, develop and motivate the specialist team and ensure its is trained and qualified to meet current and future business needs. • Central management of technical data/ information. • Identifying/gathering project ideas from multiple sources and translating them into project proposals. • Business case development •Provide technical services to customers to optimize SABIC’s value proposition. •Interacts with Marketing to ensure effective implementation of research project results.

• Supervised research experimental station • Successfully supervised and completed more than 10 projects and • Prepared and presented numerous technical presentations inside and outside the Kingdom • Conduct an awareness session for our customer regarding the best practice
