1-Develop and implement strategic Planning processes for Real estate Projects, considering market trends, financial feasibility, and regulatory requirements. 2-Coordinate with internal teams, including architects, engineers, and contractors, to create project plans that align with company objectives and client requirements. 3-Conduct thorough research and analysis to identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities in the planning phase. 4-Prepare and present reports, proposals, and recommendations to senior management and stakeholders. 5-Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with zoning regulations, building codes, and environmental standards. 6-Manage project timelines and milestones to ensure timely completion and delivery of projects. 7-Monitor Project Progress, Track key performance indicators, and implement corrective measures as needed. 8-Provide Guidance and leadership to The Planning team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 9-Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in Real estate planning and development.
