Summary of Specific Roles & Responsibilities as MANAGER of LEATHER COORDINATION, QUALITY CONTROL & ASSURANCE DEPARTMENT: • To coordinate with the Shoe & Garments & Goods Factory and arrange the Leather according to Customer’s quality standard. • To arrange the Leather from different Vendors according to our Customers Quality Standard • To produce the Leather and check the quality to the Customer’s requirement. • To interact with the Leather Suppliers and Purchase the Leather to our Customer’s requirement. • To plan the Purchase according to our Customer’s priority. • To check the Shade to 100% & approve the Quality to our Customer’s Standard. • To check the Wet Rub Fastness & Dry Rub Fastness to our Customer’s Specifications. • To check the Tape Test & Four Fold Crack before Purchase. • To Sort the Leather & Grade according to Customer’s requirement. Summary of Specific Roles & Responsibilities as MANAGER of MERCHANDISING, IMPORT & EXPORT DEPARTMENT • To display the Leather in an attractive manner to the Foreign Clients & impress them with the presentation. • To explain the Quality of the Leather to the Buyers & convince them to order. • To interact with the Foreign Clients & guide them at the time of inspection & satisfy them by supplying Good Quality Leather to their requirement. • To interact with the Clients & update the feedbacks. • To answer to the queries of the Clients & guide them technically. • To interact with the Foreign Clients and discuss further orders. • To satisfy the Clients by presenting Good Quality Leather and to their needs. • To rectify the problems arises in the Leather with correct machinery methods. • To assist them during their inspection and stay. • To check the Payments terms of the Clients. • To check the L/c terms and fulfill the quantities according to the L/c conditions. • To interact with the Forwarding Agents and check the delivery status of Shipments

Summary of Specific Roles & Responsibilities as MANAGER of LEATHER PURCHASE DEPARTMENT • To prepare the Production Chart & Purchase the Leather to the Clients requirements. • To interact with the Raw Material Suppliers & fix the Price to the Purchase Standard. • To coordinate with the Raw Material Selectors & keep a check on the Standard of Purchase since having a good knowledge in Raw material Selection also. Summary of Specific Roles & Responsibilities as MANAGER of PLANNING & PRODUCTION DEPARTMENT: • To plan the Production & execute it according to the Clients Shipment schedules. • To guide the Dyeing & Crust Departments to achieve the best quality standards. • To approve the Quality & Shades finished by the Technicians as per Customer’s requirement and satisfy them. • To guide the Technical Staff to produce new articles to the changing trends as I have good knowledge in Chemicals also. • To interact with the Chemical Suppliers & place the Import orders according to the stocks available according to Shipment schedule. • To conduct meetings every fortnight with the Technicians & Staff and help them to produce Good Quality Leather. • To assist the Staff & workers to perform well up to the mark.

Summary of Specific Roles & Responsibilities as SENIOR TECHNICIAN • To plan the Production as soon as I receive the Clients delivery schedule. • To handle & arrange the workers necessary for the Production. • To Sort the Leather from Crust & finish the quality as per the Client’s requirements. • To match the Colour Shades exactly to the Clients satisfaction. • To handle the machineries which are related to produce quality Leather like Auto Spray, Glazing, Plating, Mollisa, Satilux, Contilux, Finiflex, etc., • To interact with the Shoe Factory to produce the Quality demanded by them. • To Sort the Finished Leather & keep ready for Customer’s inspection.
