Key Responsibilities: ● Planning all maintenance work order. ● Planning prevention activities for HOD and PET line. ● Attending Nestle Waters Abu Dhabi factory building structure and fire systems installations and training. ●Attend Sidel line machines installations and commissioning. ● Attend ACMI packers machines and palletizer commissioning and training certificate for operation and maintenance. ● Prepare HOD Bardi line user requirement standards and attend the installation and commissioning and doing all preventive maintenance. ● Factory OSHAD champion ● Ammonia chiller safety compliance champion. ● Ammonia chiller certificate for operation and maintenance. ● Thermax boiler certificate for operation and maintenance. ● Factory SHE PM champion ( SHE PM is a program for Nestle that we reporting all factory data such as head count and working hour, environmental and energy consumption including electrical and LPG gas, production volume and rejection and calculate water and energy ratio, waste including recycling and non-recycling and we have program to reach zero landfill, forecast for production volume and raw and packaging materials). ● Managing preventive maintenance plans of retail (PET) Sidel line for filling and labeling and ACMI for packaging and palletizer. ● Managing preventive maintenance plans for production line 5-Gallon (BARDI Machine washer, filler, and ACMI robot). ● Managing preventive maintenance plans utilities include Ammonia Chiller (Adherst), High pressure & Low-pressure compressors (Atlas Copco), Boiler and HVAC system.
