• Led unified contract projects for Saudi Electricity Company, western Region, Eastern Region, Western Region overseeing a team of 450 engineers And 10 Project manager to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery. • Fostered strong client and vendor relationships, aligned goals through effective communication, and managed detailed project plans, schedules, and cost adjustments. • Conducted risk assessments, escalated critical issues, and implemented process improvements while delegating tasks and enhancing team performance to achieve objectives.

• Led unified contract projects for Saudi Electricity Company, overseeing a team of 120 engineers to ensure timely, budget-compliant, and high-quality project delivery. • Fostered strong client and vendor relationships, aligned goals through effective communication, and managed detailed project plans, schedules, and cost adjustments. • Conducted risk assessments, escalated critical issues, and implemented process improvements while delegating tasks and enhancing team performance to achieve objectives.

• Supervise contractors under the unified contract system for Saudi Electricity Company, ensuring compliance with safety standards and work quality while leading a team of supervising engineers. • Develop and manage schedules for connection and enhancement projects, ensuring timely execution and consistent progress tracking. • Conduct contractor evaluations, prepare performance reports, oversee consultant payments, and manage efficient financial and contract administration.

• Manage and troubleshoot high and medium voltage electrical networks, ensuring secure power supply for critical facilities and developing preventive maintenance schedules. • Design, program, and test SCADA systems while implementing automation for renewable energy projects. Oversee EMS/SCADA testing, RTU/IED configuration, and FAT/SAT processes to ensure system reliability. • Lead engineering teams, optimize performance, and support site execution. Collaborate with vendors for seamless integration of PLCs and SCADA systems, while maintaining detailed technical documentation.

• Monitor and operate electrical distribution systems to ensure uninterrupted service, adhering to safety and operational standards. • Conduct troubleshooting and preventive maintenance to identify and resolve system issues, minimizing downtime and optimizing performance. •Collaborate with maintenance teams to implement solutions and prepare detailed performance reports, driving system efficiency and reliability.
