* Leading team of design engineers & draftsmen to deliver design drawings (AutoCAD, 2D) of LV switchgear & control-gear assemblies (IEC-61439-1&2). * leading team of estimation (tendering) engineers to prepare quotation for above said products. Being as “Authorized Panel-Builder” of Schneider Electric (Blokset, Prisma) & Legrand (XL3) type-tested assemblies, product range as Switchboard (up-to 6300A), Panel-board, MCC, Load Centers, Synchronization Panels, ATS, Capacitor Banks, Lighting, DDC & Automation panels. * Conduct project electrical network study (for coordination & discrimination) using design software Schneider Electric Rapsody 1.6, Ecodial 4.8 to validate all components sizing. Provide further manual calculation e.g. Capacitor Bank sizing, Busbar sizing, CT/PT sizing, ventilation sizing, Cable Voltage drop & heat dissipation calculation etc. Drives (VFD) & Soft starter’s selection for HVAC/Pumps/Fans application. ** Programming, configuration & parameter setting for Woodward/ComAP Controllers (ATS & Synchronizing) & other controllers. * Study Specification & prepare Compliance Statement. Prepare submittal to get approval of customer.

► Design LV Switchgear (MDB, EMDB, SMDB, DB, FP, MCC, EMCC), Control Panels & Power Factor Correction panels with appropriate selection of the devices as per project specifications, local and international standards. ► Lead Design & development of MV Package substation. ► Strong technical knowledge of Schneider Electric equipment. ► Design Synchronization Panel & Automatic Transfer Switch (ATS) with PLC, Woodward, ComAp, Lovato, DeepSea & DataKom modules. ► Design & develop panel layout, single line diagram, general arrangement, wiring tables, fabrication drawings and control Schematic. ► Design control diagram according to BMS requirements. ► Design switchgear with type tested & non-type tested enclosure, hands-on experience but not limited to Blokset, Prisma P, Prisma G, GVD, GRP & Schneider Universal Enclosure. ► Prepare various types of technical calculations such as Short Circuit study, Voltage Drop, Heat Dissipation calculation, Discrimination study. ► Programming & Configuration of VFD Drives & Soft Starters. ► PLC programming for Transfer Switches & special applications. ► Lead, plan, organize and coordinate the execution of projects from design, commissioning, start-up and validation, ensuring that projects run on schedule are cost effective and meet organizational objectives. ► Co-ordinate with other project functions, technical support to project managers. ► Guide & Supervise AUTOCAD draftsmen for developing shop drawings. ► Assist Tender team during estimation for project. ► Assign & supervise tasks among my team Engineers & scrutinize all their work before sending to Client. ► Review, organize & Approve technical and material submittal before submitting to client. ► Discussion with clients & consultants to obtain approval for drawings submitted.

► Preparation of quotation for tendering drawing received from client. ► Scrutinize the specification and proceed on estimation and Pre-design activities. ► Project planning such as bill of materials (BOM) for procurement and production. ► To feed design inputs in line with project requirements and to guide draftsman to get required design. ► To check and verify the estimation and drawings as per the project requirement. ► Replying to technical queries from Client/Consultant and coordinate for timely execution. ► Preparing Compliance statements according to the required specifications. ► Preparation of Technical Submittal as per the project requirement. ► Testing & commissioning of Synchronizing & ATS panel.

► Troubleshooting and fault finding of printing Machines. ► Checking for system performance of printing. ► Commissioning & Maintenance of broad range of electronics equipment.
