Leading the establishment of Tuwaiq Casting & Forging Company, a joint venture between Dussur, Saudi Aramco, and Doosan, aimed at enhancing Saudi Arabia's industrial capabilities. Overseeing the development of a state-of-the-art facility at Ras Alkhair Royal Commission, with an investment of + $800 million. This facility is designed to produce more than 60,000 tons of castings and forgings annually, serving critical sectors such as energy, marine, and heavy industry. The project shall contribute to localizing supply chains, reducing import dependency, and advancing the Kingdom's Vision 2030 objectives.

Led SabTank’s strategic direction and operations across Jubail and Yanbu. Spearheaded a $450 million expansion at Jubail Industrial Port, encompassing the construction of 37 storage tanks with a total capacity of 330,000 cubic metres, along with associated infrastructure such as a handling unit, berth facilities, substation, firefighting systems, and truck loading and unloading facilities. This initiative significantly enhanced SabTank's capacity to store petrochemical products produced at Jubail Industrial City prior to export, thereby strengthening local supply chains and reducing import dependency Saudi Stock Company is registered in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This global solution enabled SABIC and its manufacturing sites to achieve sustainable results and best practices utilization of the resources and experience, and reduce the system operation and maintenance cost by eliminating external systems and increasing productivity and efficiency gains. Enforce the focus on the company's strategic projects (MMA (Methyl methacrylate) and PMMA (polymethyl methacrylate) plant and provide the required resources to ensure the smooth completion of the project engineering and construction phases. Served 2 years as plant senior manager for the olefins plant, which has 5 production units. Led the team to focus on the plant reliability and assets utilization that resulting in to achievement of new production records in ethylene, propylene, and benzene units. Enforce the implementation of the Advanced Process Control, which resulted to the ethylene unit by 5% and achieve the plant sustainability targets. Supported the working environment where people can achieve effective and optimal performance and results. Leverages a range of collaboration techniques, tools, and methods to maximize the value of each employee.

Served 2 years as Plant senior manager for VCM plant that services the raw material for two production units of PVC, and with a clear focus on the plant reliability and production yield, we achieved 100 % customer satisfaction with 3% lower production cost. Managed to complete the major T/A activities with zero incident rate and cost reduction of 12 million. As the nominated company's sustainability and Responsible Care focal point, I acted as an enabler to effectively, efficiently, and successfully prepare for and facilitate meetings with colleagues and stakeholders from different levels within the organization to achieve the company's sustainability goals and be certified as a Responsible Care organization. Enrolled in company-wide programs to ensure full awareness of the sustainability and RC programs.

Served 3 years as a maintenance control systems department senior. Sr. Manager senior manager serving all 9 production plants at PK complex. Recognized the importance of building and maintaining open and collaborative relationships and networks with internal and external stakeholders, which helped the department to achieve, for two years respectively, the best performing department in the company, EHSS, and reliability awards. Effectively articulated and expressed ideas and information, both verbally and in writing, which helped the department to execute the project internally which saving SR 30 Million of engineering and contracting costs for the three DCS upgrade projects in three production units.

Managed the control system maintenance section of Olefins-III and Polyethylene plants for 1 year, where the core function was ensuring effective and efficient planning, directing, and supervision of maintenance activities in the areas of responsibility, all in a cost-effective and technically sound manner. Also, planned, organized, directed, implemented, and controlled overall activities in the areas of responsibility and ensured full coordination with various section activities with the operation, maintenance counterpart to help/resolve disputes, and agreed on procedures on major jobs. Analyzed and troubleshoot recurring problems within the section resources or through other experts in that field, and normally prepare a report with recommendations. Also, report the major activities/section status in various aspects on a routine basis.

Leaded the technical specification preparation, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of instrumentation and control systems for the Polystyrene DCS/ESD SR 30 Million project. Prepared the budget, monitored the cost and the project schedule, and coordinated with various departments and vendors. Arranged the required training of all operation and maintenance crews. Reviewed and approved all engineering specifications and testing procedures. The project was completed within 5.5 working days versus an 11-day plan.

Worked As part of the maintenance team selected to participate in the PK-Polyethylene project, I was responsible for reviewing and approval of the engineering specifications and installation documentations related to control systems. Led the factory acceptance tests and site acceptance tests for all critical systems at the vendor facility in Japan. Led the loop testing and logic functional tests of all main equipment, reviewed and approved the 2-year spare parts related to instrumentation and control systems. Participated in the plant commissioning and startup.

Performed engineering, issued material orders, carried out in-house testing and commissioning of all control system projects related to the area under responsibility. Troubleshoted, maintained, and fixed problems related to DCS system, and field instrumentation within the area of responsibility as well as performed batch sequence modification and control loop configuration. Designed, implement, and commissioned modifications and reconfigurations for HIMA Siemens and Allen-Bradley PLC’s. Awarded as the best performer during the year 2001.
