Khaled Adawi

As the Vice president of P&G Arabian Peninsula, I led the company’s operations for a $2.1+ Billion business of over 1,500 employees, serving more than 50 million consumers, through a portfolio of leadership brands across a wide range of consumer product categories, which include Baby Care, Hair Care, Home Care, Personal Health Care, Fabric Care, Grooming, Skin & Personal Care, Family Care, Feminine Care, and Oral Care. I also had the chance to work with P&G in several countries in Europe and Middle east which gave me the opportunity to meet new retailers and consumers. After 25+ years of P&G experience, I am now leading a factory called BPI (Beauty & Perfume International factory) where we produce Perfume and beauty products for around 78 customers serving 52 countries around the world. BPI complemented my experience in P&G and added the new technical mastery of manufacturing & production. The Path to Purchase journey is now complete from the time we start producing to the minute the consumers are using the product at their homes.
