Have more than 41 years experience in GCC and meddle east in the engineering ad construction industry, I am global leader in professional consultancy services , hold several credentials in project management , contract management and agile practices . My core competences include developing and implementing effective projects strategies , directing and motivating projects teams , identifying and managing projects risk , overseeing design , construction activities , communicating and interfacing with various parties involved in the projects lifecycle. I have successfully delivered mega projects in Kuwait , Jordan and Qatar in various sectors such as mixed use projects Roads and infrastructure projects highway management and Building projects in Kuwait as Ring Roads, Salwa and Orbital Roads in Qatar including the biggest bridges, tunnels , braiding and oil and gas projects . MY Mission is to contribute to the development and growth of the region by delivering feasible , innovative and sustainable solutions that enhance the safety, quality of life and environment and to focus on Risk in Construction whereas the potential for events or circumstances to have negative impact on the projects objectives , such as cost , schedule , quality and safety I have diverse experience working on major building and infrastructure projects including Rail, Highways, Tunnels, High-Rise, Hotels, Residential and Commercial, Power, Water and Wastewater plants. I have worked on projects for Government and private sector developer clients and I am highly motivated to deliver excellence and lead design and construction to achieve clients' strategic vision and goals.
