-Experience in leading and managing large cross functional projects and teams. -roven, successful, progressively responsible leadership, management and execution experience. -Purchase the right goods, materials, components, services, or project requirements of the company according to the best procurement package deal negotiated & agreed with vendors. -Negotiate effectively with suppliers utilizing procurement best practice tools & methods to obtain the best possible purchase agreement or contract thru tendering, vendor selection, quality evaluation, review of price, delivery terms, payment terms, and other terms & conditions in compliance to goods, materials, components, services, or project requirements of the company. -Communicate & act as interface between suppliers and coordinate with internal departments, units, or sections to ensure that all related procurement transactions & requirements such as queries, problems, issues, documents, payments, cost recovery, & etc. are timely addressed to avoid any delay that may affect commitments with vendors, -Process in the system any related procurement transactions such as data entry & analysis, report extraction, invoice verification & posting, & etc. to maintain and ensure accuracy of purchasing data. -Coordinate with Purchasing Expediter & Customs Clearance Representative for order follow-ups & shipment clearance to ensure that delivery schedules are met. -Reviewing periodically forecast & lead-time requirements with Requestors to ensure accuracy of demand & delivery cycle as supplier’s reference in their proper production planning and timely sup.
