Expansion of IWTP-8 (Industrial Waste Water Treatment plant), Stage 4 The Expansion of IWTP-8, called as Stage-4 will treat a capacity of Effluent water of 125,000cum/day as growing requirement of industrial wastewater for Jubail industrial city. The Plant will be designed to have layout for future Re-use treatment plant that will treat 80,000cum/day of IWTP-8, Stage-4 effluent to meet Demineralization Feed water quality. The design will comply with RCER 2015 regulation limit.

Project Manager, EPC of 115kV Power Supply (02 Circuits) for 115/13.8kV South Dammam Substation 2 and Additional modifications at Remote End Substations (CR value: 65.2 million SAR). 3. Project Manager, EPC of 115kV Power Supply for Integration of 115/13.8kV 4B DIE Substation (CR value: 36.2 million SAR). 4. Project Manager, EPC of Integration of Dhahran South 380/115/13.8kV BSP, 380kV UG Cables Project (CR value: 64.2 million SAR).

Royal Commission Project : Portable Water Pumping Station , Contract RC 108-C01 Worked as Sr Electrical Engineer responsible for Primary Design , Procurement , Installation and commissioning of 34.5kV RMUs ,MV Unit Transformers , Automation system , MV/LV Generator sets ,Variable Frequency Drives for Pumps , MV Soft Starters , 34,5kV Switchgear GIS type and Power Transformers including LV ACDC distribution panels /boards , Plant Grounding & Shielding system ,Lighting System , Equipment layout plans and Interface Engineering .

115kV Power Supply to MARAFIQ’s-SWRO Project in JIC-2 (SADARA Project) Worked as Project Engineer in EPC of 115/13.8kV Substation dealing with Engineering, Procurement, Installation, testing and commissioning .

Project Engineer - EPC of 380/115/13.8kV Dhahran South BSP Successfully completed 380/115/13.8kV substation which will provide 1200 MW electricity , it was turnkey project assigned by Saudi Electricity company to expand electricity distribution network in Dhahran area. My key responsibilities were as follows:  Performing, checking/reviewing, ensuring technical accuracy and quality of all discipline deliverables such as design calculations / drawings / specifications / data sheets / Purchase Requisitions / Technical bid evaluations etc.  Technical review of queries, bid evaluation and vendor/Shop drawing review/approval.  To prepare project reports and lead project meetings,  To perform demand load estimates, for sizing of major equipment and selective protection coordination. Lighting systems, Grounding, Transformer sizing calculations in compliance to relevant National Electrical Code, IEEE, ANSI,IEC and NFPA.  Review and finalize HV and LV power distribution layout with cables in duct banks and direct buried and corresponding ampacity calculations.  To estimate the list of materials required (RFQ) & prepare / issue the PO to vendors, including negotiation with Local and International vendors  Preparation/review of the project base design/detailed design such as Single line diagrams, Primary Design, Equipment Layouts, Material technical proposal review and submission e.g. GIS, Transformers, EHV Power cables, MV/LV Switchgear, Battery and UPS system, Station Transformers, Auxiliary ACDC system, cable tray system etc.  Resolving engineering issues by applying accepted principles, codes, and standards.  Execution of site surveys and plant visits to determine constraints in the existing electrical systems or other existing facilities on sites that may influence the overall design concept or routing of electrical cabling and be able to recommend the most economical solutions.

SWCC/SEC : Ras Al Zaur (Pumping stations and 380/115/13.8kV Substations) Worked as Electrical Engineer dealing with Design and Procurement of LV ACDC distribution system, Station Lighting and Shielding System , Station Service Transformer Sizing and Fire Alarm Safety system .
