● Ensure projects are completed on schedule, within budget, with the engineering design and meeting all applicable owner’s standards ● Coordinate with Sub-contractor to conduct Data Center Testing & Commissioning such as Factory Acceptance Test (FAT), Installation Test, Pre-Start Up Functional Test, Site Acceptance Test (SAT) and Integrate System Test (IST) collaborating with Cx Team from Project Management Consultant. ● Oversee projects with the coordinating appointed site manager to define requirements and delivery milestones, which is monitoring project progress and providing regular reports including metrics regarding the status of each task. ● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, construction, procurement, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution. ● Lead the tendering process, including pre-qualification, preparation, and submission, which shall collaborate with internal departments (e.g., engineering, legal, procurement, finance and other stakeholders) to gather necessary information and documents. ● Ensure the needs of all projects (e.g., equipment, material, and labour) and coordinate with the finance department regarding cost approval. ● Create manpower allocation according to the project timeline, collaborating with site manager and subcontractor to obtain the desired schedule by the owner. ● Manage project risks, issues, and change requests effectively, implementing mitigation strategies as necessary to ensure project success. ● Supervise, motivate, and develop project team member for continual improvement and optimized performance

Handled 30 branch with responsible as below: ● Manage annual-routine project such as preventive, improvement, opening branches in Province of Lampung, Banten, Kalimantan Tengah and Kalimantan Tengah. ● Coordinate with the Project Management Head Office in the preparation of working drawings and a bill of quantity and cost estimate that will be submitted to the procurement team as a basis for project tenders. ● Ensure contractors meet design construction, specification in accordance with General Standards and quantity base on purchase orders as well as arrange weekly meeting in order to report progress to Project Management Head Office. ● Conduct project hand over with contractor to ensure customer satisfaction such as comfort of space, interior, air conditioning, lighting, hygiene and noise in order to obtain service excellent.

Responsible: ● Perform MEP Assessment project at High-rise buildings including safety reports, performance main equipment, recommendation, and budget estimation. ● Support licensing team to demonstrate Overall Thermal Transfer Value in order to receive buildings permit (IMB). ● Handle electrical safety analysis projects with scanning thermography infrared and arc flash hazard calculation. ● Carry out pre-commissioning, unit tests, and system tests at Testing Commissioning stage on projects that will be handed over to owner. ● Prepare tender documents such as the report calculation, final drawing and draft budget for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.
