Job scopes/responsibilities: ⦁ search suitable candidates and screen resume in portal and website according to clients' requirement ⦁ introduce jobs to the candidates and explain job details to them with phone call ⦁ arrange interviews for the candidates ⦁ achieve monthly sales target set by management ⦁ perform any ad hoc tasks assigned by the management Achievement ⦁ successfully achieve/bring in over RM 1M of sales amounts for the company ⦁ continuously hit personal sales target or KPI since 2019 November until 2020 December except 2020 May ⦁ received good evaluation regarding job performance twice from the management: hit personal sales target, never take MC or EL, show professionalism, never late for work, good communication with colleagues and internal staffs ⦁ Recently help company bring in/achieve over 400k sales amounts over past 5 months
