· Team Management: Led a team of 5 managers and oversaw 300 headcounts across materials management functions, including Purchasing, Logistics, Customs, Warehouse, MRO, and Sourcing. · Strategic Initiatives: Implemented inventory safety stock and agility programs to mitigate inventory challenges during downturns, AND, enhanced just-in-time (JIT) processes for mechanical and packaging parts. · Logistics & Customs Optimization: Introduced AEO (Authorized Economic Operator), CTPAT security measures in logistics and Customs compliance, resulting in significant transport cost savings, AND, appointed a fixed forwarder for regional delivery consolidation. · Warehouse Efficiency: Improved warehouse operations through auto labelling and X-ray count systems, AND, reduced material handler headcount by implementing pick-to-light systems with AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles) delivery to line. · Global Sourcing & Supplier Management: Consolidated suppliers by implementing e-PR for faster PO approval, AND, sourced alternative global suppliers for single-source parts. Implemented yearly suppliers’ day for best practise sharing.

· Managed Cross-Functional Team: Led a team of 30 people in China, reporting to the APAC President of Sourcing & Supply Chain. · Strategic Sourcing & Cost Savings: Developed and executed commodity strategies, enhancing supplier relationships, and driving cost savings. · Collaborated for Innovation: Worked with various teams to integrate supplier innovation and technology aligned with customer needs. · Cost Reduction Initiative: Facilitated cost reduction by partnering with product development, engineering, and quality teams. · Global Commodity Expertise: Developed commodity strategy goals and execution plans for best-in-class performance in HMHV, HMMV, and HV business.

· Team Management: Led a team of 60 people, including 5 managers, in China Regional Materials team, overseeing material planning, purchasing and production needs, to meet customer delivery plans. · Supply Chain Optimization & Process Improvement: Implemented central purchasing and supplier consolidations to enhance supply chain efficiency, AND, identified and implemented process enhancements to streamline material flow and reduce costs. · Cross-Functional Leadership: Successfully led cross-functional teams, enhancing procurement and inventory management while mitigating risks of supply. · Data-Driven Decision-Making: Utilized ERP systems for real-time data analysis, improving material delivery and forecasting accuracy. · Strategic Planning: Contributed to strategic planning by aligning material delivery in meeting quarterly revenue goals.

· Led team of 8 manager & team leader for Purchasing, sourcing, logistic and warehouse. · Established and implemented process for different functions in the materials team. · Provided training to managers and leaders to be next level leaders. · Implemented lean warehouse management by establishing supermarket & Kanban system to the production floor. · Other KOI – Inventory turn management, lead-time reduction, cost reduction initiatives, implement SMI & VMI, minimize materials discrepancy in the warehouse, consolidate inbound shipment and supplier deliveries, E & O management, on time delivery to customers, materials margin improvements.
