About
The most capable people in the room are often the least safe in their own relationships. Behind the polish, the leadership, and the competence, there is often a quieter reality: emotionally unsafe dynamics, chronic self-abandonment and patterns of staying that insight, logic and years of therapy have not disrupted. I specialise in the psychology of why highly capable people stay, not because they lack awareness or options, but because their internal systems were built for endurance, containment and loyalty long before they were built for emotional safety. My work dismantles the internal architecture that organises what a person tolerates, protects, stays loyal to, and calls love - even when it is eroding them from the inside. I am the founder of The Relational Mastery Method™ - a psychologically exact framework for identity-level recalibration. This work does not focus on behaviour change, communication strategies or better choices. It restructures the internal conditions that determine attachment, self-betrayal and emotional allegiance. My work sits at the intersection of unresolved relational trauma, subconscious patterning, emotional self-leadership, and identity repair. Clients work with me when they are ready to step out of roles that require them to absorb, stabilise, or minimise themselves to dismantle the internal loyalties that keep them bonded to what diminishes them and to rebuild a self-led internal system that no longer negotiates with emotional erosion. This is discreet, bespoke, high-touch work for people who lead complex lives and require the same structural integrity internally as they command externally. My practice is private. The outcomes are not. If you recognise yourself here, this work will feel uncomfortably precise.

I work with high-functioning, emotionally intelligent women whose relationships are marked by volatility, over-responsibility and self-doubt even when everything else in their lives appears ‘together.’ Most wouldn’t describe themselves as traumatised but they’re stuck in private emotional patterns they can’t explain. Over-functioning. Emotional confusion. A constant sense of walking on eggshells. Composed in the boardroom, but disoriented in relationships. These women don’t need more insight. They need resolution. Through The Relational Mastery Method™ - a proprietary psychological framework - I help dismantle the internal architecture that keeps them stuck in patterns of self-abandonment, emotional volatility and relational compulsion. This work integrates: • Nervous system regulation • Attachment pattern disruption • Subconscious reprogramming • Identity-level repair It’s not about changing behaviour. It’s about restoring the internal conditions that determine what they allow, tolerate and stay tied to so chaos no longer feels like connection. My private practice includes senior leaders, lawyers, consultants, and founders across the UK, US and beyond.
