Performs clerical duties using specific knowledge of medical terminology and hospital, clinic, or laboratory procedures. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Scheduling appointments, billing patients, compiling and recording medical charts, reports, and correspondence.

Responsible for providing expert guidance, explaining, preparing, and completing accurate tax-related forms for clients, including multi-year, multi-state, and year-end tax forms.

Assisted customers by placing personalized orders, focused on providing white glove service, maintained customer satisfaction with forward-thinking strategies addressed customer needs and resolving concerns, informed customers about special promotions and provided detailed information, managed consistent communications with multiple departments, car dealerships, and high value clientele via phone, chat, and email.
