* Managed the implementation HRIS, Applicant Tracking System and Learning Development systems along with creating and implementing process improvements for employees and management. * Responsible for vendor management by negotiating contracts to provide services to HR. Negotiated a contract to outsource all employment verifications at no cost to Ochsner. * Responsible for managing file room of over 13,000 employee files. * Served on a project implementation team for PeopleSoft 7.5 HR, Benefits, and Payroll. Developed a plan to integrate 4 standalone HR and Payroll systems from 12 state agencies, including 10 hospitals and 2 medical schools, into a joint system using PeopleSoft. Participate in Fit/Gap sessions. Developed a solution after gathering business requirements from each agency. * Updated and maintained HR, Benefit and Payroll data. Validated and tested the HR, Benefits, Payroll modules prior to going live. * Trained end users at hospitals and medical schools on PeopleSoft system. * Produced ad hoc reports for management and key personnel.

Responsible for supporting the HR Service Center which provides guidance to employees and managers at multiple sites throughout southeast Louisiana in the areas of Compensation, Benefits, Employee Relations, Talent Acquisition and HRIS data entry and reporting.
