Facilitated group processes to revise and publish leading edge international electronic standards to met ANSI (American National Standards Institute) requirements.  Developed a highly requested industry standard from start to finish that served suppliers and users in the electronic industries, including military, aerospace, EMS and telecommunications segments.  Recruited and managed top level talent from Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, Research in Motion and Celestica for volunteer committees.  Interfaced with IPC and JEDEC to develop joint standards for the electronics industry.  Co-directed revisions and updates for the IPC-A610 standard that outlines acceptance criteria for electronic assemblies in the SMTA industry and JSTD-001 solderability standard.

Ensured internal quality corrective actions implemented w. suppliers to meet customer requirements.  Utilized strong initiative & problem solving techniques to expedite resolution of customer quality issues by 27% and implement Corrective Action Requests (CARs).  Reported and processed 187 Return Material Authorizations (RMA) out of 400 during a six month period a identified root cause. Samsung & LGE customers.  Summarized product & test engineering electrical analysis of RMA device failure signatures for final reports & Failure Analysis Reports (FARs).  Recommend and drove continuous improvement efforts and corrective actions with Design, Packaging, Reliability, Product and Test Engineering teams on various 3G CDMA devices.  Compiled and documented users guide for the RF calibration system that debugged digital and analog RMA customer returns.  Analyzed metrics for turn-around time and electrical & mechanical failure for continuous improvement.  Provided specific analytical data that addressed key characteristic parameters saving the company $200,000 by avoiding the ATE re-screening of a modem digital chip.

Acted as a lead auditor for external component suppliers and supervised a staff of ten employees for incoming and final inspection.

Managed quality supplier performance for semiconductor memory material sent out of the Wafer Fab and onto the assembly site.  Managed DRAM computer memory qualification testing program for assembly process with Texas Instruments in Singapore and Hitachi in Penang, Malaysia.  Tracked qualifications for DRAM/CMOS process and products.  Lead auditor for internal and external suppliers and subcontractors.
