Within a large ministry like Young Life, there are many people working behind the scenes. I have had the opportunity to be part of that group, working in the background to make sure that field ministry staff are equipped to do effective ministry. From the help desk, to software testing, to management of all IT services, I’m proud to provide reliable and innovative support to Young Life. I believe infrastructure and data are powerful for ministry and that starts with being good at listening and asking the right questions. The teams I lead are the driver of both within Young Life, helping staff use data to further relationships and make wise decisions for ministry growth. We help to organize and surface the data behind the relationships Young Life develops with kids, parents, community leaders, and donors. When we fully understand the needs within the mission, we are able to help provide quality solutions to field staff and leadership.
