• Lead the practice of cloud engineering to enable & accelerate FWD to achieve Polaris Digital & Cloud enabled transformations. • Accountable for FWD cloud strategy as the core CCoE leadership team, overall delivery, optimization & performance of cloud enabled transformations. • Facilitate the overall Technology organization to adopt cloud-first strategy & realize the overall Group Technology Strategy by where Cloud based operation underpins. • Drive cloud transformation concepts and engineering principles into development teams to keep systems operating effectively • Establish correlation of cloud costs with business KPIs allows organizations to manage spending in respect to its return on investment (ROI) • Manage the engineering teams to write code and build systems to improve performance and operational efficiency of services • Lead the cloud application and cloud security operations in addressing issues and solving problems

Accountable for leading and providing direction to directed staff and indirect staff related to cross-portfolio application enablement activities on a regional level. Oversee the following regional technical enablement activities (technical solutions, testing oversight, data conversion, cutover, common process compliance, demand planning, etc.) across regional application portfolios requiring strong business and technical knowledge. Lead and responsible from a Greenfield startup organization (New Software Engineering) in Malaysia to work on development projects with cross company managers (Germany and Denmark). Have a technical responsibility and deliverables of project to meet business requirements and strategy roadmap. Act as scrum master to plan and conduct scrum/sprint meeting for project resources (5 developers), coaching and communications for all project stakeholders.
