I am an ambitious person and am always keen to learn about new things and technology. During my graduation at L.D. Collerge of Engineering (Ahmedabad, Gujarat), I got the opportunity to complete my 2nd year project at PDEU (Raisan, Gujarat), along with working on various side projects related to Renewable energy, and Solar Energy. Continuing my project work at PDEU, I worked on (I) Renewable Enegy Based Solar Biogas Rector, (II) • Simulation of Solar Biogas Using ASPEN Plus.

Department: RSERA Client: - Haradh GOSP-1 & 2, Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) Project: - Revalidation Study (Ongoing) Scope of Work: • The project encompassed PSV mitigation through inlet and outlet pressure drop evaluations, revision studies in accordance with Saudi Aramco standards, and updated calculation efforts. • It also included data sheet evaluations and PSV scenario analysis utilizing Siemens PSPPM and ASPEN Hysys. • This project included the analysis of key pre-treatment units, high- and low-pressure compressor packages, and both high-pressure (HPPT) and low-pressure production traps (LPPT), along with a comprehensive flare impact assessment. Client: - Fadhili Gas Plant, Saudi Aramco (Saudi Arabia) Project: - OFGP (Offshore Gas Increment Program) - Gas Increment Project (Duration 1 year) Scope of Work: • This project involved PSV mitigation by calculating inlet and outlet pressure drops, conducting revision analyses following Saudi Aramco guidelines, and performing new calculations. • The work included reviewing data sheets and analysing PSV scenarios using Siemens PSPPM and ASPEN Hysys. • Additionally, it involved the rating of high and low-pressure flare knock-out drums (KOD), conducting hydraulic calculations, and reviewing PFDs, P&IDs, and heat and material balances (H&MB). • AIV analysis of High Pressure and Low pressure Flare. • Additionally, it includes column, heat exchanger, and pump simulations with Aspen HYSYS for various scenario calculations. Client: - Westlake Corporation, Calvert City, USA Project: - Revalidation of 100+ PZVs Scope of Work: • This project involves system sketching with PZV scenario identification, including calculations and mitigation. • PSV inlet and outlet are calculated with piping hydraulic analysis using Aspen HYSYS and Aspen Plus. • Additionally, it includes column, heat exchanger, and pump simulations with Aspen HYSYS for various scenario calculations

Department: LyondellBasell Client:- LyondellBasell Industries N.V., USA Project:- Channelview Complex 1550+ Equipment Olefin Inventory Calculation (Duration 8 Months) Scope of Work:- • Inventory calculations for Olefins were completed for this project, including volume calculations for the distillation column, drums, separator, exchanger, reactor, furnace, and storage tanks (both bullets and floating roof types). • Additionally, equipment was categorized into Exhibit A (less than 10,000 lbs) and Exhibit B (more than 10,000 lbs) based on hydrocarbon inventory. • A review of the Process Flow Diagram (PFD), Piping and Instrumentation Diagram (P&ID), and Heat and Mass Balance (H&MB) was conducted. • Work with the ASPEN HYSYS Simulation Package is underway to analyze compositions and develop new unit operation packages as needed. • Progress reports were maintained and project status was communicated to the client during weekly meetings. Client:- LyondellBasell Industries N.V., USA Projects:- 351 PSV Mitigation and Revision Analysis Study (Duration 6 Months) Scope of Work:- • This project involved PSV mitigation, revision analyses, and the execution of new calculations. • Integration of Aspen Plus and Aspen Hysys with Excel was implemented for simulating a distillation column, along with PSV sizing using PSPPM. • PSV sizing also included data sheet reviews and scenario analysis using Siemens PSPPM and Aspen Hysys. Additionally, line sizing and hydraulic calculations were carried out. • Progress reports were maintained and project status was communicated to the client during weekly meetings.
