Developing strong relationships with clients and candidates is a vital part of my role. Gathering requirements in detail makes the process so much easier. One of the key questions I use to do this is “Why is this important?” Similar to the “7 levels of why”, this helps me gain a deeper understanding of what a client/candidate really needs. I have been described as a recruitment Swiss Army Knife – someone who can recruit for any role into any type of company. This has meant I’ve developed an approach to recruiting where every vacancy is fillable. Outside of work • Keen runner (Parkrun, Trail running) who would benefit from more consistency • Proud dad to a teenage daughter (any advice appreciated!!) • Cold water dip enthusiast - Hampstead Pond in December was a chilly one🥶 • I love travelling (Egypt last year) and driven in Europe many times (Central Paris was an experience!!)
