• Identifying and analyzing the skills development and transformation needs of Saint-Gobain employees and businesses worldwide to support their strategies and growth (€44.2 billion in sales, 800+ manufacturing facilities, and 167 000 employees in 73 countries) • Delivering impact and driving change through the design and management of skills development and transformational programs in data and analytics, supply chain, risks prevention, product compliance, and R&D

• Co-created and led the Group digital transformation program to develop and grow data and analytics skills among manufacturing and supply chain engineers (Core Skills), with an emphasis on learning-by-doing through real data projects with impactful results; and to foster a data-driven mindset among managers (Awareness). • Scaled the program worldwide and trained international trainers to teach, coach and support domain experts in all businesses • 130+ plants onboarded to date, 1600+ managers trained on Awareness, and 500+ engineers now doing data projects

I was working at a large-scale multidisciplinary team that aims at creating the « tire of tomorrow » by rethinking its materials and architectures. NEXVISION is an electronic design company, specialized in computer vision devices I was working in a team of three engineers who had to design an Automation and Audio Controller for urban and building automation. - Conception of the electronic board - Parts placement and routing with US firm Cenomatrix, Santa Clara, CA - Development of drivers and multi-task based low level layers

I worked in a project team which designed innovative embedded measurement systems. The systems enable the acquisition of new parameters from tires and vehicles. - Implementation of sensor and differential GPS - Development of MATLAB application for data transfer, processing and backup storage
