With over 8 years of experience in human resources and operations, I am currently the Head of Operations Europe at SAJ Electric, a leading provider of clean energy solutions. In this role, I lead and oversee the full spectrum of operations across Europe, including HR, marketing, delivery, and administration, partnering closely with business leaders and stakeholders to drive organizational growth and operational excellence. Previously, I served as HR Director at Sunova Solar and HR Manager at Inspur, where I built a strong foundation in HR business partnering, performance management, and employee engagement. Over the years, I have developed extensive expertise in HR management, operational strategy, and cross-border business operations, with domain knowledge spanning the renewable energy and IT industries. I am passionate about creating positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environments that foster innovation, collaboration, and sustainable growth. My mission is to leverage my HR and operations expertise to support SAJ’s vision of delivering sustainable and affordable energy solutions worldwide.
