• Design personalized and customer-centric tour packages based on client’s requirements • Plan and execute strategies such as improve customer relationship and prospect consistently every incoming inquiry from client to achieve better sales target every year • Propose and decide the amount of quotation/profit margins for each proposal • Decide company’s direction for the upcoming projects, including related tour projects and group incentives • Build a good relationship with suppliers and negotiate with them to provide the best price for client while keeping good quality services • Review all service documents from end-to-end, including Service Agreements, package proposals, visa application, tour components and tour schedules to ensure highest level of quality and detail • Prepare solutions and quickly solve problems that occur whilst running the projects • Lead and support team members in driving successful projects while keeping customer satisfaction in mind
