Notable achievements while in the position included: - Developed a complete suite of advanced design tools and process capability from the ground up. - Promoted to the Deputy Head of Blades Business Unit based on performance. - Served as the Director/CEO of Envision Energy USA, Inc.

• Served as Siemen's global key expert for all blade design, responsible for the oversight of blade designs and new technology development. • Maintained full responsibility for a large warranty/RCA case involving measured performance and acoustic issues.

• Led effort to grow the Boulder office from 5 to 25+ employees and develop and integrate the aeroelastic tailored blade (ATB) technology into Siemens products. Notable achievements while in the position included: - Directed team efforts that successfully delivered 4 blade designs that all incorporated the ABT Technology. - Provided leadership for the team that was awarded Siemens global “Top+ Award” for innovation in 2012 and earned full responsibility for all new Siemens blade designs in 2013. - Selected to serve on multiple review panels for the DoE, AWEA, NREL, and Sandia.

• Drove the aerodynamics technology contributions of the Boulder R&D team while serving as the technology owner of the Airfoil and Advanced Rotor Design. Notable achievements while in the position included: - Successfully developed an automated 2D CFD airfoil analysis system. - Introduced and implemented airfoil and blade design capabilities to the Boulder team, where Siemens now utilizes 100% proprietary airfoils in all blade designs. - Led the Boulder team and its design contributions to the B55 product development effort. - Authored a successful $6.8M Department of Energy (DoE) Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) proposal for rotor technology and innovation.

• Obtained 4 valuable years of experience leading aerodynamics analysis and tool development technologies while responsible for blade aero and acoustic analysis, design, and computational tools development. • Managed, mentored, and directed a high-performing global team comprised of 20 engineers through a proactive approach to training and development to drive improved performance. • Gained extensive exposure to all aspects of blade design, manufacturing, and field support.
