Under Field Service organization, helped hire and lead a team tasked with optimizing fleet health via vehicle troubleshooting and repair optimizing resources. Notable projects include a 1967 Volkswagen Beetle conversion project featured in The Colorado Sun and a 1930 Ford Model-A conversion to electric.

Progressed through roles as Technician, Lead Technician, Diagnostic Technician, and Foreman with multi-bay, high-volume auto dealerships and as owner of an independent shop. In addition to management duties, performed expert-level diagnostics and repair of complex end-to-end electrical systems, including batteries, alternators, wiring and wire harnesses, sensors, regulators, remote actuators, controls, and robotic systems and components. Designed, fabricated, and customized parts and systems. Programmed microcontrollers. Used advanced scientific equipment to analyze, test, and manage quality assurance.
