Managing a fleet of trucks responsible for imports and exports for the greater Memphis area. Assisting customers and steamship lines in getting freight to and from the many rail heads located in the Memphis area. All while building and maintaining a relationship with my customers.

As a dispatcher made sure that all trucks were on task and had everything they needed to get the job done. I monitored their logs to make sure they were running legally. As a planner I was responsible for coordinating trucks and freight to insure that shipments arrived in a timely and safe manor. I was also responsible for tracking and finding equipment for customers to load.

Responsible for A fleet of trucks as well two dispatchers. Kept all drivers and employees on task. Helped customers in tracking shipments and insuring ontime deliveries. Made sure all day to day operations were up and running smoothly.

Responsible for the day to day operations of running a fleet of 40 trucks. Making sure everyone stayed on task, tracking shipments, dispatching orders, and finding freight for the fleet. I was also responsible for their payroll and breakdowns.
