- Architected and implemented a customer-facing Agentic AI Digital Human system utilizing face detection, speech recognition, and autonomous decision-making capabilities. Created an event-driven conversation service that intelligently responds to user presence, processes visual inputs, and maintains contextual awareness throughout user interactions. Full stack. - Created a robust event-driven architecture for the Digital Human interface, enabling seamless transitions between conversation states with features like conversational flows with the ability to take actions like checking in, taking a photo, sending email and Teams notifications, and printing a badge. - Designed, developed, and deployed a Python-based Quote Extractor system that processes 3,000+ monthly documents, reducing manual effort by over 500 hours per month. Utilized OpenAI’s API for advanced text extraction and classification. - Integrated the Quote Extractor into a ReactJS client application, utilizing FastAPI for server-side operations and deploying on Azure, leveraging services like Redis, Celery, SQLAlchemy, and Blob Storage for optimal performance and scalability. - Built and deployed a Prompt LLM Service, a RESTful API capable of dynamically hotswapping Large Language Models (OpenAI, Llama2, Mistral-7b) and integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) for enhanced contextual accuracy. - Trained and deployed a machine learning model to categorize email-attached PDFs by content using scikit-learn and TensorFlow, achieving a 96% classification accuracy and automating email processing via Microsoft Graph API. - Fully deployed multiple web applications in Azure cloud - Configured robust CI/CD pipelines for Python modules using Azure Artifacts and GitHub Actions, ensuring reliable testing and deployment workflows. - Authored comprehensive architectural documentation, reviewed and approved by stakeholders, aligning with industry best practices and compliance standards.
