Responsible for EWQ’s technology direction, platform development, and operational reliability across multiple markets. My role covers the full technology landscape behind EWQ’s retail solutions, including electronic shelf labels, digital signage, queue management, integrations, cloud services, support tooling, and customer-facing platform operations. I work at the intersection of technology, business, customers, and operations. This includes translating company strategy into technical roadmaps, leading development priorities, supporting international customer rollouts, improving scalability and reliability, and ensuring that our platforms can support growth across different countries and customer environments. Part of the Management Forum.

Responsible for both our technology strategy and customer success operations. As part of the management team, I’ve helped shape the company’s direction and continue to play a key role in executing our strategy across products, platforms, and processes. My focus is on building scalable tech, delivering real value to customers, and aligning our development efforts with business goals.

Led day-to-day software development operations and supported the team’s transition toward more structured, scalable, and quality-driven ways of working. This role was a turning point from purely hands-on development into broader technical leadership, including planning, architecture, team coordination, and process improvement.

Worked as a full stack developer across EWQ’s retail technology platform, focusing on backend development, integrations, frontend features, and system improvements.

Co-founded MediaPolku, a software company focused on building digital platforms, web applications, and customer-specific software solutions. I worked across the full product lifecycle from architecture and development to delivery and customer collaboration, building multiple platforms that continued to be used in production. The platform work later transitioned into the Inderes / Streamfabriken environment, where development continued on broader digital communication and streaming-related solutions.

Worked on Streamfabriken’s high-traffic livestreaming platform until the company and platform were sold to Inderes in 2022. I had broad ownership of the product and platform, leading a team of around 15 developers while staying hands-on across the full technology stack. The work covered customer-facing web applications, backend services, video processing, transcoding, real-time functionality, cloud infrastructure, and platform scalability.

Worked with audiovisual technology across hotel and conference environments, including digital signage, projectors, displays, meeting room systems, and event-related AV setups.

Oversaw the restaurant's operations, including staff management, recruitment, training, menu planning, campaigns, stock, promotions, and budgeting. I progressed from a bartender to shift manager and then to restaurant manager due to my success, leading a team of 15 employees.

Worked with multiple technologies such as Angular, php, jQuery & javascript.
