· Provide data hall fit out solution for the customers as per the specifications and SLA. · Perform end to end project management of data center delivery. · Involve in tendering process with the Product/Sales, consultant & contractor towards securing new customer for the new data center space. · Prepare, manage and monitor data hall fit-out project in terms of potential risk & mitigation plan, budget, schedule, resources, compliances and project close-out documentation. · Managing the relationships with fit-out vendors/contractors and contract negotiations. · Drafting of SOW and requirement specification. · Provide regular project updates to key stakeholders. · Managed projects ranging from 200 kW to 8 MW, covering both liquid-cooled and air-cooled solutions.

Project: Singtel Phase 3B Data Hall Expansion Works| Project site: Singtel Payar Lebar Exchange, SINGAPORE| Project period: FEB 23 – APR 24 ·Leading the teams in the BMS system integration for new M&E equipment such as Power Monitoring System, Space Monitoring System (such as water leak detection system, temperature & RH sensor, hydrogen detection system), FCU, PAHU, CRAU, Cooling Tower and Chiller System. ·Involved in the installation of HVAC systems such as chiller, cooling tower, CRAU unit for data hall, chilled water FCU, PAHU, FAF and EAF. ·Extension of existing HT Panel and installation of new transformer, genset, genset fuel pump system, EMSB, TSB and all the M&E equipment switchboard ·Involved in the security system upgrading works which includes CCTV, Card Reader system, Palm Vein Access System, Facial Recognition Access System and E-Lock system. ·Managing Fire Protection contractor for the installation of FM 200 system for Data Hall, Battery Room, HT Switchroom and Security Server Room. Project: GOOGLE MARCUS L&D Center Project| Project site: GOOGLE DATA CENTER at JURONG WEST, SINGAPORE| Project period: FEB 2023 – SEP 2023(Acting Project Manager) ·Involved in the extension and modification of existing AHU system serving L&D Center through duct extension work, installation of PIT, modulating damper, CAV, VAV, SAG, RAG and BMS control system. ·Managing contractor in the installation of acoustic wall for the L&D center with acoustic specialist T&C. ·Security system addition and alteration work which includes installation of CCTV and Card Access system to CCure. Project: Singtel 2NDC Project| Project site: Singtel Exchanges, SINGAPORE| Project period: FEB 2022 – July 2023(Acting Project Manager) ·Perform power migration for all the critical service equipment (Rectifier-MPDU-PDU-Server Rack) from single end DC power source to two end DC & AC power source Involved in the installation of new ACMV System, BMS system integration and sensor for the Battery Room.

Involved in the details design of refinery plant static equipment for plant construction company according to API Standard. Support site construction team during construction phase. Perform detail technical calculations for the plant static equipment. Prepare static equipment data sheet, GA drawing and details drawings for the construction project.   Prepare MTO/BQ and technical proposal for the project tendering.

Project site : Prudential Tower at Tun Razak Exchange(TRX) , Kuala Lumpur Involved in the coordination work for all the M&E services with M&E subcontractors Conduct Testing and Commissioning (T&C) for all M&E services Manage M&E Subcontractor works Perform weekly inspection for all the M&E subcontractors’ work Prepare work schedule for M&E services to coordinate with Architectural Department Supervise on building services installation process which include plumbing services, electrical services, fire protection system, extra low voltage services, building control system, and air-conditioning services (HVAC).
