Lead a team of experienced electrical engineers within the Endeavour Energy Network Connections branch, we manage end to end technically complex sub transmission asset relocation projects, high voltage customer connections up to 132kV, major infrastructure projects and generator connections. These projects require detailed knowledge of underground and overhead distribution and transmission line/substation design and construction coupled with a detailed understanding of line and substation earthing, protection schemes and customer installation coupled with a detailed understanding of industry legislation, regulator requirements, Australian and Endeavour Energy standards. Projects are managed end to end from initial enquiry, application, network and customer planning to design certification, construction, connection and commissioning to ensure ongoing network operation and the customer requirements are sustainable and managed into the future. Connections are managed through the NSW contestable works framework and in accordance with National Electricity Rules including connection contracts and require a high level of customer management and negotiation.
