Responsible for the planning and production of all Mill Valley Arts Commission live performances, including the annual Concerts In The Plaza music series and annual Comedy Night program. Oversee and manage all Arts Commisssion community outreach programs, including the Click Off annual photo contest and the reCYCLE Public Outdoor Art program. Facilitate monthly visual arts exhibits and artist receptions as part of the Mill Valley Arts Comisssion's First Tuesday Artwalk series. Develop and manage innovative music and arts based educational programming for students of all ages and levels of proficiency including private lessons, group classes and specialty camps. Manage the daily program and event production for the Mill Valley Community Center. Oversee day to day operations of the Mill Valley Community Center including staffing, scheduling, client relations, building maintenance, marketing and sales. Serve as the program and grant coordinator for Mill Valley Aware, a local coalition of community based stakeholders focused on substance abuse education and prevention strategies.

Primary Responsibility: Development of a comprehensive strategic plan providing long term district wide efforts to initiate and expand high quality arts education for all of SFUSD’s more than 55,000 K-12 students. Duties: Management of AEMP Steering Committee, outreach to stakeholders (administrators, principals, teachers (arts and non-arts), parents, students, non-profit arts providers), development of survey instruments and collection of data, quantitative analysis, development of written Master Plan document. Key Accomplishments: Conducted more than 100 public meetings to gather and share AEMP related information, ideas and progress. Developed seven (7) unique survey instruments and collected and analyzed data from more than 2000 individuals and organizations. Independently drafted first two draft versions of Arts Education Master Plan and significantly contributed to the publication of the final Master Plan document.

Primary Responsibility: Development, management and reporting of three national studies pertaining to the issues, funding and programs administered by state based Adult Protective Service providers. Duties: Survey instrument design, communication with state Adult Protective Service providers, data collection, quantitative analysis, reports on findings. Key Accomplishments: Gathered comprehensive data from Adult Protective Service providers in all 50 states plus Guam and Puerto Rico. Provided extensive analysis of collected data related to the issues, funding and programs involving the APS field and reported the findings to NAPSA. Provided consultation to NAPSA in the development of an organizational Strategic Plan.

Primary Responsibility: Production of technology client keynote speaker presentations at major technology development conferences and exhibitions. Duties: Coordination of all technical aspects of production, scheduling keynote presentations, stage management, venue management, coordination of support staff, client communications, vendor coordination, oversee lighting and sound production. Key Accomplishments: Successfully produced three major keynote presentations featuring top executives and new product rollouts for Intel Corporation at the San Jose Convention Center and COMDEX, Las Vegas. Reduced budget expenses by more than 5 percent compared to previous year.

Primary Responsibility: Development and production of education programs, public and private concerts featuring singers from the SFO Adler Fellows program and booking and managing Western Opera Theater (WOT) tours. Duties: Artist and program booking, artist management and services, contract negotiation and execution, scheduling, tour routing, transportation coordination. Key Accomplishments: Successfully booked five (5) annual twenty-five (25) city national Western Opera Theater tours. Booked and produced more than 100 Adler Fellows concerts and outreach programs. Developed the innovative Opera Inside Out education program for young people.

Primary Responsibility: Planning, organization and on-site management of a major annual regional performing arts booking and educational conference serving presenting organizations and artist representatives. Duties: office administration, conference registration, development and distribution of marketing materials, on site volunteer coordination, program planning, speaker panelist coordination, conference set up and breakdown, venue management. Key Accomplishments: Assisted in the development of organizational 5-year strategic plan. Produced a four-day conference with more than 1000 participating presenters and artist managers in Portland, OR.

Primary Responsibility: Design, planning, managing and reporting of assigned special arts related projects. Duties: Project proof of concept, research, data collection, documentation and report writing. Key Accomplishments: Designed and implemented an innovative arts-based affinity credit card program. Coordinated and managed an extensive four-day tour of New England based arts organizations by the Chairman of the National Endowment for the Arts.

Primary Responsibility: Outreach, recruitment and communication to local High School jazz bands in the western United States in relation to their participation in the Jazz@Lincoln Center's Essentially Ellington Program. Duties: Distribution of materials, telephone/email support, workshop scheduling, artist coordination and services, festival production support. Key Accomplishments: Successfully recruited more than 250 high schools in the Western region to participate in the program. Co-produced three four day Essentially Ellington Festivals at Alice Tully Hall @ Lincoln Center in New York City.
