Miniature Custom Manufacturing is a highly automated injection molder that specializes in high volume injection molded components. We are actively seeking partnerships in consumer packaging and products. MCM is TS 16949 certified and ISO 22000 certification for food safety certification. Our plant is HACCP trained and certified. MCM currently has a 150,000sq ft manufacturing site. We have traditional , vertical and two shot molding machines that range in size from 28 tons to 730 tons. We do insert, overmolding and 2-shot molding. One of our core strengths is high volume shoot and ship components that require secondary operations. MCM builds it’s own robotic and automation cells. We also specialize in running santoprene, bio-based resins and injecton molded components that require food safety.
