Role: - Strategize, develop, integrate, review, and qualify assembly machines/tooling (manual, semi-auto, fully automated mass production) for DSS connector manufacturing, optimizing cost, delivery, and quality. - Accountable for end-to-end execution from PR1 to PR5 in Product Realization Cycle. Key Projects: 2023-24 IHD Arista Alps (PR1-3) 2023~ CDFP PCIe Gen 5 Connector (PR1-5) 2024-25 Whisper STRADA Connector (PR1-5) 2025~ CDFP PCIe Gen 6 Connector (PR1-3) Responsibilities: PR1 - Plan - DFM review of product assembly process. - Develop assembly manufacturing strategy including cost, head count, EU...etc for GP calculation - Define machine spec for vendor selection and finalize machine build decision Develop assembly PFMEA PR2 - Develop - Establish machine/tooling build roadmaps, resource, and schedule - Led cross-functional machine/tooling design reviews and owned measurement holder/method reviews. - Follow up machine/tooling build status PR3 - Product Verify - Lead soft tool/machine debugging and qualifying to produce functional samples for verification test. - Owned assembly specification compliance and drove RCA study with product design, quality and upstream process (stamp, mold, plating) owners for product/process improvement. PR4 - Process Validate - Qualify mass production machine via LTA Loss Time Analysis, process capability (CPK study) and yield loss study (6 sigma - Pareto...etc). - Work closely with production for daily data and feedback - Led machine design/process change to meet output rate and yield loss PR5 - Mass Production Handover - Compile and handover machine documents (design drawings, spares, SOPs...etc) to process, production and maintenance team

Technical and management lead of Automatic Mobile Robot (AMR) project 1) Technical (Design AMR Integration System by forecasting customized development and application needed for specific customer need and execute them): i) Customization development lead: - Create backlogs of customized development. - Supervise R&D team, product team or application team to conduct development using scrum method - Evaluate and follow up development to ensure meeting acceptance criteria ii) Hands-on customization and application: - Hands on integration and acceptance test of developed customization onto AMR system - Hands on integration of AMR in term of control system programming: task flow, traffic flow program, sensory control, customized application control, customized panel UI, and customized API script (Html, Javascript, Python) - Hands on mechanical design: customized part CAD design and fabrication drawing with Solidworks - Hands on PCB and wiring diagram design with Circuit Studio - Onsite deployment and installation of AMR system: troubleshooting, critical-thinking and provide user training 2) Management: Plan and execute the project within budget and timeline
