I began my photographic career in the early 1980's, working as a darkroom technician at a local color lab, then a 14 year career at the Signal newspaper as a staff photographer and ending up as photo editor before moving to the Associated Press as a freelance photographer. I enjoy shooting portraits, sports and event photography. I am currently president of the Santa Clarita Valley Photographers Association.
