Co-founded Alliance as principal and built it into a renowned fully-licensed financial group providing asset management, IPO sponsorship and listco transaction advisory services to middle-market enterprises and wealthy professional investors.

Headed direct investment practice. Managed PE and small/mid-cap investments. Responsible for cross-border M&As. Guoco is a prominent Asia-based family office with US$15 billion assets across multi-business and investment areas.

Invested as PE investor when Company was still a HK-only business. Led new market venture into China, institutionalised operation and established financial management. Instrumental lead for its IPO in 2005.
