• Planned inbound cargo shipments in terms of detention cost, operation capacity and goods availability. • Scheduled outbound shipments with agreed lead time and service level for 28 stores in Asia Pacific and followed up with stores for shipment discrepancies. • Directed pre-opening stockpile plan to support five new stores opening in APAC.
