Designed and led the educational programs for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts at the DeVos Learning Center. Corroborated with the Ford Foundation and the National Archives to establish a one-of-a-kind program to help scouts obtain key requirements and rank advancement.

Directed communications between colleagues and members, and oversaw clerical tasks such as mail, scheduling, and day-to-day operations. Inherited a disorganized and incomplete database, identified gaps and inconsistencies in data collection, and conducted a comprehensive plan for data migration and cleanup.

Designed and executed political involvement programs for AAA’s workforce, including Get Out the Vote campaigns, online and in-person meet and greets, and seminars. Set single-year fundraising and member engagement records in back-to-back years with AAA-ACG.

Managed and grew the MCUL’s political fundraising and grassroots programs. Assisted credit unions with fundraising goals, advocacy, and member outreach, and coordinated campaign-related activities. Oversaw administration and accounting functions for MCUL’s PACs and 501(c)(6) including compliance with state and federal campaign finance laws.

Official record keeper and parliamentarian for the Michigan House of Representatives. Required to manage records of all motions, amendments, and proposed actions, and prepared committee reports for the House Journal in an organized and timely manner.
