Improving existing, and developing new sales relationships for agricultural equipment. Based out of Coronation, Alberta, but managing sales in an expansive territory in East-Central Alberta. Participating in all aspects of sales including equipment delivery, used equipment appraisals, yard/inventory management, after-sales support, and branch location support.

Performed automotive diagnosis and repairs to both customer and internal units to satisfaction. Operated in a fast-paced, flat rate environment. Completed numerous Stellantis training courses to enhance skill development.

Operating a small business dedicated to the maintenance and repair of automotive and light truck vehicles. Handling all aspects beginning from advertising/marketing, to diagnosis and parts sourcing, completing the repair, and billing/payment collection. Held an exclusive contract with a local hydrovac company for maintenance and repairs of their fleet.

Performed assembly of a variety of systems on various hydrovac trucks, delivered to companies around the world. Operated in a fast paced environment with a focus on quality and safety. Assisted in training new employees on assembly procedures.

Performed warranty administration duties at a local New Holland dealership. Handled over-the-counter customer and service department parts sales. Assisted the service/operations manager with day to day tasks such as service writing, dispatching, and after sales support.

Began employment as a lube tech in a very busy city dealership, progressing through the Apprenticeship program, and eventually attaining both my Journeyman and Red Seal Certificates. Performed diagnosis and repairs on many different Dodge/Chrysler/Ram/Jeep products. Assisted apprentices and other journeyman with their tasks. Performed shop cleaning duties.

Completed the Automotive Systems Certificate through Lethbridge College, and continued through the Apprenticeship process until achieving both the Journeyman and Red Seal Certifications.
