I wandered around the world in the 90s and beyond, and I thought hostels could be much better (they were mostly pretty terrible back then). I returned to the best place in Canada in 1998 (Victoria, obviously) and since then I've been obsessed with creating amazing accommodation experiences that everyone can afford. And just as importantly, creating engaging, fun, challenging jobs that help people move forward, in a free and inclusive environment.
