Lead China sourcing team to work effectively to ensure suppliers availability, quality, price/ saving and continuous development; Manage IE Chinese supplier base to create trusted and efficient supply; Lead the action planning of the team and monitor the progress; Efficient and active communication with Global sourcing team, operations management, suppliers, material management team and quality team, and supporting cross-function team to improve cost, quality, delivery punctually and reduce risk; Leading the search and identifying of the new suppliers and regular evaluation of existing suppliers according to KC group target; Tracking and reporting responsible and sourcing related KPls; Access supplier's products to ensure that they comply with specifications and meet the organization's quality standards; Analyze and evaluate supplier bids, tenders, proposals or quotations: negotiate prices and delivery conditions; and commit to purchases(within established limits of authority)with terms that are in the organisation' s best interest; Lead the monitoring of the quality and timeliness of materials and goods supplied; Contribute to procurement organization development (Global and lE)

- Entry-Level of excute factory EHS, manufacturing - Tie in materials planning, warehouse management, on-time dleivery - Operational experiance on total logistic delivery chain from inbound PMC production materials control to outbound finished goods punctually.

- Manage all materials functions including but not limited to: supplier chain management, purchasing operation,inventory management, material store, shipping control functions and on-time delivery - Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimise resources, prioritise spending and achieve volume, timeliness, reliability, and safety standards - Oversee the maintenance of inventory control systems that track the status of purchase orders, inventory and production requirements. Interpret inventory requests, production schedules, and other documents to co-ordinate materials handling activities with the organisation’s current and anticipated demand for goods and materials - Assure both inbound materials clearance flow and outbound shipment to comply with Customs & CIQ rules and regulations - Warehouse 5S operation and FIFO to meet both demands from production shop floor and requirements from customers’ deliveries - Lean 6 Sigma Black Belt, Streamline shop floor scheduling system to fit lean manufacturing environment, including cycle time and raw, WIP and FG goals - Manage the departmental budget to achieve monthly and annual spending goals plan, control and monitor daily procurement process and weekly MRP execution - L/C specialist and solid experience in Incoterm 2000
