Handling Request for Quotations (RFQ) to domestic and international suppliers for multiple plant requirements. Preparations of comparative statement (QCS/CBA). Direct and Indirect material/services purchase orders issuance (API, Excipients, Solvents, Packaging materials, Lab chemicals, MRO, IT, services, etc.) to the vendors along with tracking of order confirmation till actual delivery. Creating internal stock transfer orders. Creation of E-way bills in exceptional cases like Bond Transfer. Support to resolve vendor queries like payment status, invoice queries, PO amendments, etc. Provide support in audits by maintaining and providing necessary information like pricelists, approvals, other supporting documents. Preparation of MIS reports like Cycle time, SLA, Spend and OTD. Preparation of data for open Purchase Orders and Purchase Requisitions. Updates and maintenance of SOPs. Presentations of operational updates in site operations review and other internal meetings. Worked on closure of open GR/IR and advances. Worked on closure of open items in GSTR2A Reconciliation. Monthly/Fortnightly meetings with stakeholders for resolving operations related issues. Liaised with multiple departments like site supply chain, warehouse, end user department, accounts for seamless P2P operations
