Highlights include her participation in the bank's Digital Transformation group, accelerating journeys, products and operating models across the company, as well as her leadership in the process of diversifying the bank's business (moving away from being a monoproduct). Highlights include her participation in FEBRABAN's labor commission, the implementation of the “Knowing the Business”, “Modeling Actions” and “Closing Cases” projects; the leadership of case reduction projects and judicial settlement campaigns before Regional Labor Courts and the Superior Labor Court, among others.
