- Service new and existing customers and acquire new accounts - Manage projects/ quotations and maintain rapport with customers - Work closely with customers on audit, engineering change order - Control and co-ordinate activities between various departments and customers - Perform account management, including scheduling, program management, and cost reduction programs - Manage RFQ, FA and product transfer

- Using horizontal planning to do simulation based on customer forecast demand - Release work order to production basing MRP recommendation. - Work closely with production team on machine loading schedules. - PO creation on raw material and packaging items, basing MRP driven quantity to make purchase and ensure on timely delivery. - Coordination with logistic team on stock inventory control to minimise EOD and EOL items. - Liaise with finance team to ensure payment are promptly made to vendors.

- Outsourcing and purchase chemicals - Liaise with customer service team on shipment schedule for outsource order. - Working closely with store supervisor on chemicals inventory, monthly usage and on time delivery to support production line. - Liaise with supplier on quality, quantity, delivery, freight terms and performance. - Negotiating price and comparison between competitive suppliers. - Release Purchase Order to supplier and follow up on time delivery. - Ensure payment to vendors are made as scheduled per agreement terms. - Working as a team with colleagues to coordinate with oversea account payable team on resolving weekly on hold payment issue via internal online application tool. - Quarterly review item price, to meet cost saving target set for yearly KPI. (Achieved target set in contribution on annual cost saving of US$20K) - Assist purchasing manager on documentation control for audit purpose. - Acting leader to guide purchasing officer on general maintenance order.
